- Oil sheets lubricate shredder cutters and help maximise performance / prevent paper jams
- To oil your shredder, simply feed one sheet into the paper entry and run the shredder in reverse for 2-3 seconds. Repeat each time the bin is emptied
- If you use your shredder occasionally, then oiling your shredder may only be necessary every two months to maintain good performance. If you use your shredder a lot then Fellowes recommend you oil your Cross-Cut shredder every time you empty the waste bin
- Do NOT tear sheet open. Simply pass the oil lubricant sheets through the paper shredder
